You missed a call. Here's the text you'd get instead.

It answers the calls you can't, on the number you already have, takes the details, and texts you the job. You reply 1, 2 or 3. Set up in person, here on the Coffs Coast.

No app to learn. Keep your number. Plans from $299 a month.

The calls you can't answer go to someone else.

You're under a house, on a roof, or with a patient. The phone rings out. Most people don't leave a voicemail. They ring the next business on Google.

Nobody needs another app for that. You need the call answered, the details written down, and a text in your pocket.

Your month, without an answer

  1. About 22 calls ring out
About 5 of them were jobs
    ≈ $4,600 to whoever answered
Plus about 10 hours of chasing

  2. Complete costs $499 a month. One caught job covers it.

Example: 5 missed calls a week, $850 jobs, 1 in 4 become work. Worked out from your three answers, not from research. Time is our estimate: about 4 minutes to return each missed call, plus about 2 hours a week chasing quotes, reminders and reviews.

Call Catcher

Calls you can't take go to an AI receptionist with an Australian voice. It answers in your business's name, takes the job details and texts you the lead. Anyone who hangs up gets a text back.

  • With your calendar connected, it can tell callers when you're free. You still confirm.

Quote and Invoice Chaser

Every quote gets a friendly follow-up on day 2, 5 and 10, and it stops the moment they reply. Overdue invoices get polite reminders with Xero's pay-online link (with ServiceM8, a nudge to the link on their invoice). Part-payments are counted, and payment stops the reminders.

  • One Monday-morning text with every open quote and overdue invoice.
  • Text STOP CHASING and a quote number to leave one customer alone.

In every plan.

    1. Hi, I'm Luke. I run North Coast Mobile IT from Coffs Harbour.

    2. The national AI apps sell you software and leave you to set it up. I'd rather come out, see how you work, and build it around the phone number and tools you already use.

    3. Setup is one visit to your place, about an hour. When something needs changing, you text me on 0493 282 319, not a support queue. It's done within two business days, sooner on Complete and Pro.

    Questions people ask

    Is this for me?

It suits owner-operators who are on the tools all day, growing teams, businesses that quote bigger jobs, and anyone who's lost work by calling back too late. If you already answer nearly every call and rarely send quotes, you probably don't need it yet.

I'm already booked out. Do I need this?

Maybe not for more leads. But quote and invoice chasing, reminders and review requests still take admin off your plate, and with every call answered you can pick the better-paying jobs instead of whoever rang when you were free.

There are cheaper AI receptionist apps. Why pay more?

Most apps give you one thing, a receptionist, and leave the setup to you. Here you get five services set up in person and connected to the ServiceM8, Xero or Google Calendar you already use: calls answered, quotes and invoices chased, review requests, booking reminders and website enquiries. A monthly text shows what it caught, and when you want a change you text a local person.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep your number. Calls you can't answer are forwarded with a normal call-forwarding setting on your phone, which we switch on with you in about two minutes. Texts to your customers come from a dedicated number, and every text names your business.

Will callers know it's an AI?

Yes. It says at the start that it's a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded, which is what NSW law expects. Anyone who wants a person gets their message passed to you as a priority. Rather it didn't talk to your customers at all? We can set it to text callers back instead.

What if it gets something wrong?

It never quotes a price or promises a time you haven't approved. During the first weeks we read every conversation and fix the script as we go, and you can pause it any time by texting PAUSE.

    Is it only for tradies?

No. Trades are a natural fit, but it suits physio and allied-health clinics, real estate, tourism and hospitality, and most local service businesses that live on the phone.

    What happens to my data?

It stays yours. We use Australian-hosted options where we can, never sell or share it, and export everything for you if you leave.

Why monthly instead of a one-off project?

Because the value is ongoing: calls caught, quotes chased and reviews gathered every week. The monthly fee covers the phone line, the receptionist, every text and changes whenever you need them, and the monthly report shows whether it's earning its keep.
